Arena Mining and Trade Pioneers Company, with the brand name ArenaMetals, is a mining and trading holding company formed with the aim of supplying, selling, and exporting base metals and minerals.
With the aim of purposefully entering the steel and base metals (copper, aluminum) trading chain, Arena Metals Company began its activities by focusing on the supply and sale of iron ore, concentrate, and pellets. Given geopolitical developments and new tariff policies globally, our approach focuses on simultaneously accessing domestic and regional markets, diversifying supply sources and consumption markets, and leveraging digital infrastructure for smart transactions. Our ultimate goal is to become one of Iran’s mining hubs in the next 5 years and one of the major players in the region by 2040.
The main focus of this plan is to determine key activities, implementation scheduling, allocation of financial and human resources, and forecasting measurable results over different time periods (3, 6, and 12 months). This operational plan covers the first 12 months of the company’s operations, which is divided into three main phases.
